This website

I built this site with Claude, in plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript. No framework, no build step, no dependencies: one file per page, one stylesheet, one script. It loads fast, it will still work in ten years, and I can edit any page by opening it and typing.

If you want one like it, the skeleton is free to take. It is the same structure and stylesheet with every word of mine stripped out and replaced with instructions, so you get the layout, the colour system and the carousels without inheriting my content. Download it, fill it in, and it is yours.

Prototype for a marketing agency

SMS booking agent

A booking agent that works over text message. Enquiries arrive by SMS, the agent answers the routine ones, works out which are worth a meeting, and books those into the calendar. It runs on Twilio and writes into the tools the agency already used.

I built it for an agency that was losing leads in the gap between an enquiry arriving and someone answering it.

Built for a real estate investment company

Dealflow and portfolio dashboard

A dealflow and portfolio platform for a real estate investment company. It sources opportunities, keeps the CRM up to date without anyone retyping anything, and reports on the portfolio in one place.

Most of the work was in connecting it to what the firm already ran on, including Zoho, Attio and Slack, so the information arrived where people were already working.
