This website

Written by hand in plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript. No framework, no build step, no dependencies: one file per page, one stylesheet, one script. It loads fast, it will still work in ten years, and I can edit any page by opening it and typing.

If you want one like it, the skeleton is free to take. It is the same structure and stylesheet with every word of mine stripped out and replaced with instructions, so you get the layout, the colour system and the carousels without inheriting my content. Download it, fill it in, and it is yours.

Prototype for a marketing agency, year to come

SMS booking agent

A booking agent that works over text message. Inbound marketing enquiries arrive by SMS, the agent reads them, answers the routine questions, works out which ones are worth a meeting, and puts those straight into the calendar. Everything else it handles without anybody being interrupted.

I built it as a prototype for a marketing agency that was losing good leads in the gap between an enquiry arriving and somebody getting round to answering it.
